The rssFeedFolder program makes it incredibly simple for you to add an RSS feed to your site. It does this by working with the title and description information you put into your files.
Each file that is part of your RSS feed has a title and a description.
The rssFeedFolder program picks up this title and description information directly from the web pages you create.
If you don't already know how to add page titles and page descriptions to your web pages, use your favorite search engine and do a search for the words "title tag" and the name of the program you are using to generate your web pages, e.g. a title tag frontpage search on google
And then another search for the words "description meta tag" and the name of the program you are using to generate your web pages, e.g. a description meta tag frontpage search on google.
rssFeedFolder will calculate publish dates itself from the date you ftp up your files.
If you want to overide these dates, you can add a "date" meta tag, read how to do that here.
